Ignition and extinguish the fire
Turn the fire control handle counterclockwise (90 degrees) and ignite the burner head with a lighter or match. (Never put your face close to the product when igniting)
When ignited, adjust the firepower and do not use it for anything other than cooking.
When extinguishing, turn the fire control handle clockwise completely (until it stops) to extinguish the fire. (*Gas locked)
If you turn the fire control handle counterclockwise, the firepower increases, and if you turn it clockwise, the firepower decreases and the fire goes out.
