UNIT/04 X KUNST·BAUM COLLAB was born after long discussions and coordination. SCENT TOWER is a balanced combination of North American walnut and black titanium-coated stainless steel, and Kunstbaum’s meticulous process, high level of perfection, and modern design, along with UNIT/04’s bold sensibility, were completed as an object with even more depth.

The newly designed square dot hole visually captures the beauty of a quiet moment, following the delicate flow of incense smoke.

Black titanium coating

This is an advanced surface treatment technology that thinly coats titanium (Ti) on a metal surface to improve durability, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance. In particular, applying titanium coating to stainless steel is a difficult process, but since regular steel can rust in the laser-engraved area, we insisted on stainless steel for the perfection and durability of the product.

Unlike general paints, titanium coating has excellent surface texture, is scratch and wear resistant, and is safe even at high temperatures.
